Amy Graham, Project Manager

As the Project Manager, my main task is to support each of the 4 delivery sites, provide guidance and creative leadership, and to act as a liaison between the Steering Committee and entire staff team. The staff team is made up of brilliant, creative and compassionate folks, so they make my job in that area easy. I also take care of administrative duties such as organizing meetings, data collection and report writing, and policy/documentation development. Finally, I also monitor fidelity of the program across all 4 sites.
